DJI maintenance & installations in UK retailers for Currys, Wex, Jesops, London Camera Exchange, Wilkinsons & Independent Retailers
Project Overview
The primary objective of this project was to ensure that all in-store bays throughout the UK adhered to compliance standards. This entailed:
- Adding products as necessary
- Introducing new items to stores
- Repositioning products in line with planograms
- Ensuring correct POS placement & price ticket presence
The project spanned from September to April, focusing on maintaining high visibility of the DJI situation in-store and providing the necessary information to address any issues while safeguarding the brand’s presence.

Outcomes
Key figures:
- A monthly expectation of 433 visits was set for this project and 97% of those visits were consistently achieved
- Over 95% quality of reporting (the pictures taken in store matches the information, so issues are recorded and reported correctly)
- The start of the project had 25.94% recorded major issues in store, by the end of contract the major red flags went down to 6.9%
- DJI product launch – Osmo mobile 7 within the first 8 weeks of product launch in stores. The compliance didn’t drop below 96%. (90% from DJI expectations)
Due to the strong results, DJI extended the contract for a further 12 months, expanding into Selfridges, Harrods, and Harvey Norman.
